The newest iteration of the BT Sport application will be available on the Sony PlayStation 4 (PS4) gaming console.
The launch has been times perfectly and coincides with the UEFA Europa League and UAFA Champions League Finals, which will be available for free to the UK.
Much similar to its mobile and smart television counterparts, the PlayStation 4 application will allow access to BT Sport 1, BT Sport 2, BT Sport 3, ESPN, Boxnation and the BT Sport Extra channels.
BT have also announced that the application is to offer selected video-on-demand content and highlights.
Existing BT Sport customer will be able to download the application from the PlayStation store free. New customers can do the same but they will then be charged £10 per month for existing BT Broadband customer, or £29.99 per month for a standalone BT Sport package.
If you are an EE customer however, check your plan as BT do offer some services with certain contract.
