Final words for 3.5, the dongle has taken over

Here Ye, here ye to all those who shunned Apple for removing the headphone jack, we have some bad news. Samsung are doing exactly the same, their 3.5mm to USB-C dongle has just been leaked as confirmation.

At least we know that being a Samsung product it is likely to be quite robust and that shows in the photos. We are expecting the dongle to come in the box with the new Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10 Plus.

Samsung are really the last to have held out, and with them throwing in the towel this is likely the end of an era for handsets with headphone jacks.
